At Deewar Saz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
7-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product should not have been damaged by the customer.
- The product should preferably be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase/order details.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong product
- A product different from what you ordered
please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about a product, the return may be accepted only if the product meets our return conditions.
Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized stickers/designs made specifically according to a customer's request may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Products that have been damaged, used improperly, or altered by the customer may also not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund procedure.
For COD orders, we may contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Approved returns should be sent only to the return address provided by Deewar Saz after your return request has been accepted.
